Culture Positive is our mantra: it informs everything we do.
From small acts of kindness to delivering beyond our clients' expectations, we always strive to have a positive impact on those around us, in at least a small way.
We feel very privileged to be able to travel the world doing the job we love. In order to give back to the communities within which we temporarily reside, our goal is to have a positive impact on a local level so that we leave a legacy that positively contributes to our host country’s future.
In Rwanda, we have set up and fund a football team which is attended by over 60 local boys and girls from the village of Kinyinya in Kigali. The team plays twice a week, every week and the matches take place on various football pitches throughout Kigali. After most matches and training sessions, we organise a team of coaches and teachers to spend time with the children, and give additional support and life coaching. Our programme has expanded into supporting some of our disadvantaged kids who’s families are financially vulnerable. In the future, we are looking to increase our funding so that we can also offer the children further support with their education. Please email us if you would like to become part of the funding team.
We’re incredibly proud to support these remarkable children, some of whom have lost so much, and help to cultivate their love of sport. The weekly matches are well attended by players and the public alike, and we are delighted that they have become an important focal point for the community. This type of endeavour is why we get up every day and work hard, and its the embodiment of culture positive in action. Our final privilege would be to one day see a young girl or boy from Kinyinya playing for Rwanda!
