Founded in 2020, Native are a vibrant fit-out and MEPH specialist who deliver bespoke technical projects in the UK and internationally. Acting as Principal Contractor, Native Technical has a proven track record in both the public and private sectors.  95.6% of our turnover in financial year 2022/23 came from retained clients. 

We work with highly proficient British and local tradesmen and partner with trade contractors for specialist packages that are outside of our skill set to self deliver. We pride ourselves on being nimble and our team are set up to offer best in class levels of client service. Our in-house design resource and strong relationships with a wide range of built environment consultants allow us to respond to our clients' needs quickly and adeptly.

 

  • We work in the corporate interiors industry specialising in fit out of commercial spaces, from design through to client occupation. We act as principal contractor.

  • We directly employ our own team of M&E managers, designers and tradesmen, and the majority of our work is M&E focussed.
